Deck Master Home Improvement

This is my second time using Deck Master. It was time to complete the rest of my rooftop deck. This time a fully customized, two toned bench setup under a pergola. Andriy made the suggestion to use two colors and it came out great!

Professional, very easy to work with and precise work. They actually return phone calls the next day. We are in a 5 floor walkup in the east village of manhattan, and they carried all the wood up over 4 days, and built the deck in 4 more days.

We did have to wait a month for the work, because of their busy schedule. They gave us a range of dates and stuck to it. Rain is an issue with all outdoor work.

100% happy with the work. Also told us how to care and protect the roof for the next years, and gave us a 5 year guarantee.

We had a new multi level deck built around our new pool and Deck Masters did an excellent job. Andriy and his team did an awesome job so much so that they are coming back to replace and build a new deck outside our kitchen sliders. DeckMaster Just Great

My Wife and we're very fortunate to find "Deckmaster." Let me begin by saying that we contacting three deck building services. The first service we contacted gave us a quote that seemed for our twelve by eight deck way too high for both wood and Trex. The second service failed to even show up to give us a quote after promising more than once to show up to evaluate the job and provide us with a quote.

We then contacted Deckmaster and not only did they show up when scheduled, they gave us a great quote for both wood and Trex with PVC railings and to take down our old deck. We decided to go with the Trex (Top of the line grade) with new posts because there wasn't much of a difference in price.

I gotta say I was impressed by their promptness as they showed up on the dates and times agreed upon and by George they finished the job as stipulated within a week!

In closing, my Wife and I were very impressed with Deckmaster's professionalism and the quality of their work! Suffice to say that we are more than happy with our deck! If you're looking to build a deck or another home project, I would highly recommend Deckmaster!! In fact, you'd be crazy to use anyone else!!

Deck Master designed and installed a trex deck for us and it looked EXACTLY the same the day we sold the house almost 9 years later.
They have helped us with many projects in our new home and we couldn't be happier. This type of quality and customer service is way too hard to find these days with fly by night unlicensed handy men.
I hope Deck Master is still around when we move again in 10 years!

The corner section of my fence got blown out in the last storm with severe winds - it was loose because of work I had done at the base that I never finished. Lou returned my call very quickly and had his guys out to my house right away. They did the work quickly and cleaned up any mess. Instead of charging me to replace the entire post, they did an excellent job of repairing the damage and they saved me a ton of money! I highly recommend Lou and his team from Deck Master. Btw, they built my deck over 10 years ago and people still think it's brand new! Great job!

Sloppy. Left all the garbage at the house. Sloppy caulking. Sloppy cuts. Bad clean up. Definitely would never recommend.

Deckmaster built my deck in late August and I am very happy. I needed it for my above ground pool. It gave my pool such an upgraded look. I originally had chosen a different Trex color, but it was backordered until September. Lou was considered enough to call me up and suggested another color that was similar and newer. I love it more than the original color. I also had pvc cocktail railings and fencing. The combination is just beautiful. The material they use is top quality. Deckmaster should be your choice for your new deck project.

Deck Master did a great job taking down an old deck and rebuilding a new ipe deck. Everything worked smoothly in terms of booking an estimate, answering questions, and scheduling the work. The deck builders were skilled, responsive, and diligent. The price was fair based on other proposals and works was completed on time. Would feel very comfortable recommending this company. The deck looks really great!

I wont even have gave them one star. They do lousy work. My pvc fence only lasted 2 years if that, called them they looked at and never returned any of my calls. Definitely unprofessional one star is way to good for them
