Kings Arms Restaurant

This is your basic diner I'd say. They have their own parking lot. I would come here after drunk nights at our local bars on Forest Avenue. They always came in clutch. Breakfast food on point. Pre-Covid they were open all night on weekends for the after bar people lol..which I though was awesome. Diner food after a night of drinking was always filling ya know. Service was always good. If I'm craving a quick burger, this is where i would go for it.

The food tasted like shit the management didn't care the waitress didn't care and then one in Belford New Jersey is just as bad lousy customer service and the owner literally was the one that we told that the food tasted like shit totally ignored it and still made us pay never again

This is your chicken souvlaki , as a greek eatablishment im assuming you cant be serious serving grilled chicken as souvlaki and you think it looks ok the entirety of this meal?

The Avocado Toast & Veggie Wrap are amazing I've been coming here for 30 years!! Amazing diner i recommend coming here the service amazing 10/10 everyone was so sweet I love it! Thank you Kings arms for being my comfort food!

The food is good but breakfast is very expensive. A cup of coffee is $3.15. One person's breakfast is about $18.00 not including tip. That's a lot to me for breakfast. On a Sunday it would cost my husband and I over 40 bucks just for eggs!

I visited this place in February and my experience was great. The food and the service were memorable. The owner came by our table and asked about our experience. It was stellar and I promised myself I'd visit again on my next visit.
I visited in March and everything had changed. The service was almost nonexistent (except for the server taking our order) and the food was ok. We had to ask the server numerous times to refill our glasses of water and coffee. We were ignored and forgotten each time we asked. I don't know what happened to our server. We felt ignored sitting at that table, it felt like we were a burden. We continually asked other servers for the same services and the response was the same.....disregarded and ignored. It almost felt intentional. They kept saying "it's busy", which to me means, everybody else is important in our restaurant except y'all.

I'll never visit the place again.

I watched a waitress stick her hand in a communal container of pickles and cole slaw and dump someone's unused food into that bin. I thought it was a local joke, because I've heard rumors, but never thought they would be true.

I'm ultra disgusted by this location. The waitress didn't even bother to wear gloves as she put someone's unused pickles/coleslaw into this sharing-bucket that is left in the back. I was able to watch it happen because a busboy left the kitchen door open for a second longer than he should have.

I asked for a manager about it, but it was late at night and no one was around or cared. I just got up and left. How low can a diner go that they would be THAT disgustingly frugal to save a few pennies?

Go have your waitresses stick their hands up someplace else, don't mess with peoples food.

Aliki manager or owner in kings arm diner is very disrespectful and nasty. when ordering my food over the phone for delivery she had asked me why was I so mad when I actually was speaking to my son when she placed me on hold. She was nosy with my personal business instead of taking my order. Every time I call kings arm she is noxious and threatens that she is the manager and she don't need to take an order she doesn't like. She also starting charging me the drivers tip for delivery stating it's a new policy they started because of the neighborhood I lived in. she also starting asking me a bunch of questions about my card information that she doesn't ask all the time leaving me feel unsafe. Besides the food being expensive, I still manage to buy breakfast from Kings Arm for being treated very unfairly. I wished she wouldn't be the one answering phones for delivery because I have to walk on egg shells so she will deliver my breakfast for my family including my two year old son.

I have ordered a couple of times from here and it has been disappointing. The good thing is that the food here was so bad that I decided to just start cooking more often at home. My Lady is so happy now as I make the home fries with seasoning and flavor along with banging cornbeef hash. Thanks for inspiring me to cook more.

One of my favorite diners of all time! The ambiance is immaculate, the neon decor and mirrored ceilings have a fun vintage flair, and the food is always great too! Missed coming here during the pandemic so I'm so glad they're offering indoor dining again :)
