It was our first home and there were days were we felt really over our head. Our case was handled by Angelo Loiacono. Ang continued to reassure us that he would stay on top of our case despite having a major procedure in between. I was sure that our deal was going to fall through. Between the bank giving us the run around with nonsense requests, 2nd appraisals, false names matching our credit and so much more. Ang kept on our case and made sure that we didn't just get what we wanted, but instead got into a home that was legitimately free and clear on the legal end. He took the time to explain the process in person despite the pandemic. Also, he made sure that when we wanted to speed things up that he slowed it down in a respectful way so that all the due diligence could be done. When he says he knows everyone, he really does. If you need someone that you can trust on the Island that won't give you the run around then he's your guy.

We had a falling out over my request for a final water meter reading several months in advance. Then the buyer failed to get a mortage. In the end I received a partial credit on the fee (because we didn't close). Peter Martin was personable and a little tough to get in touch with. Emails were the best way. In the end Peter for me out of my sales contract!! And i was no longer plages by the unreasonable demands of the buyers.
