Worked for this company in Texas and would not recommend signing on. I am currently having to work to retrieve wages owed after one of my paychecks bounced. Everything from communication, support, communication working with site assigned, all aspects are dismal. Other employees have had their paychecks bounce as well. Had to fuel up company vehicle when card was rejected and never saw reimbursement. The way this site is managed impacts the perception that the site management has of the officers working there. Still waiting for a response after five days have not heard back after inquiring about what happened and when I will get wages owed.

All I can say is I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I wasted my time, energy and gas money to go on an interview with this company. I interviewed with metro one loss prevention services group at their corporate office in Staten Island. I was greeted by their receptionist who was kind but very loud. The interview was for a position within the corporate office. The first interview with the HR manager which lasted 30 mins. I was then asked if I had time to interview with the Director. I said sure and was told he would be out to greet me in 10 minutes. ten minutes turned into an hour. By then I was livid but I just told myself it must be a very important meeting he's in. I finally interviewed with him and to be honest interviewing with him was worth the wait. He actually had interviewing skills! Once the interview was over I was told that I would hear back about their decision in about a week. The interview was in April, It is now almost the end of June and I have gotten not gotten a letter or email from this company. Granted I know I didnt get the position but it was the lack of communication that really disgust me about this company. it is one think to not send a rejection email when I person applies for a position but to actually sit down and interview with a candidate, have them wait a whole hour to interview with a director and not call and tell them they went with another candidate is absolutely DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! If this is how corporate treats a candidate then I believe every horrible review I have read about this company. Like I said before my only regret is not reading the reviews about this company before applying. As a result of how I was treated i will never recommend this company to anyone. This company should learn that you should treat everyone who crosses their pass with respect because they never know when that person might become a client
