I wish I can leave a review with a no star rating because I'm very bitter sweet with the experience here, but since I cant, Ill leave it at 2 stars because unlike other cemeteries this one is actually not hard on the eyes.

PROS: Beautiful, Peaceful, Clean.
CONS: the flowers from my uncles grave were all GONE once we returned a few days after. What a damn shame to rob flowers from someone who's not even alive. No explanation was given besides a useless apology when we called the customer service dept.
NOT even an offer to pay for new flowers. IT just boggles my mind, I don't understand who the hell goes to someones grave,and removes EVERY single thing including candles and leaves the spot naked.

DISGUSTING.

We visited my parents final resting place today and was appalled and disgusted. There were a number of gravesites still with dead Christmas blankets/wreaths on the ground.

If I could move my parents to another cemetery I would. this is the most horribly maintained cemetery and im ashamed that my loving parents are stuck there. I pay for sternal care and they do SQUAT!!! They don't maintain the graves, weeds everywhere, no grass seeding ever and the workers there are rude. I arrived to spend time with my parents and the guy was weed whacking (not cleaning up after it either) and I approached the grave and waited a moment to make eye contact. He shrugged and walked closer to me as I signaled I was there for the grave he was standing by. He came so close I got hit with grass and rocks from the weed whacker. then he looked up and said "im working here". I said "Im trying to grieve her" and he ignored me to the point that I had to leave or get into an altercation. Thoroughly DISGUSTED!!!

Beautiful cemetery. My 22 year old son is buried there since October 2012. It's such a nice, peaceful setting, nice grounds, and is
Non denominational. My only complaint is that they are strict with what you can place on grave and how long you leave it there and will take your things down. I understand if it is an eyesore like flowers that expire or decorations that are too gaudy. But I have decorated my sons grave quite tastefully and I always find it has been taken down and this never ceases to upset me.

Would not recommend even to my worst enemy. The manager in this place is the worst. Please do not give them your money, and leave your loved one's graves in their hands.

If i had known what this place would be like i would have never come here. the staff shows NO respect for grieving families.

Terrible experience here. The staff is rude, insensitive and had no consideration for me or my family. Please do not make this a home for your loved ones, I wish I didn't.

I have to say I really loved ocean view..... but since they are under knew management it just hasn't been the same!!!!! Barbara from the office is a disgusting human being.... Nasty & Rude!!!! Doesn't know to talk to People..... this isn't the first time I've had an altercation with this Very Rude & Nasty person..... all I did was ask a question and she spoke to me like it was an idiot and told me to go onto the website and my questions would be answered and then hung up on me!...... if u aren't going to answer anyone questions then why pick up the phone!!!!when I called back and asked her for her name she didn't want to give it to me at first then told me her name was BARBARA!!!!! So I told BARBARA that she was a very rude and nasty person and she started screaming at me !!!! I told she not be speaking to people the way she does and I hung up..... but she shouldn't get away with speaking to people like that especially when u are working at a cemetery.....it's a shame..... if my family wasn't laying there to rest I would not be going that cemetery anymore
