Great place, honest no pressure a pleasure to deal with, especially when your car is banged up. Been going there for 25 or 30 years. This last time I went I wondered if they were still as good as they were in the past, They are. Fixed it up looks as good as new, Even repaired my rear bumper that wasn't part of the job, it wasn't major just dented in. The best on the Island.

There are Car Repair places and then there is Richmondview. If you could dream a perfect place to take your car this is the place. Bidgi is a gentlemen and treats you like royalty. Your car is returned to you as if nothing had ever happened to it. There are not enough kudos for me to give. Remember the name when your car needs repair

Amazing job on my brand new car that was slammed in Brooklyn while parked when someone let go of their shopping cart and it rolled right into my new Subaru and put a horrible dent as well as scratched the paint off my passenger door. GEICO made it tough but Biaggio made a good case for the proper repair. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Biaggio who is a real man of his word and the honesty of this place as well as the pride that the shop takes in it's work. The entire staff are so well mannered and professional because as many women know it's very stressful to deal with anything in the car industry. However everyone at Richmond View Collision are so completely professional and courteous that I cannot even put into words how impressed I am. The shop is completely immaculate and I can honestly say I only have praise for everyone and I was thankful beyond words that my car was able to be restored to perfection. There are not enough stars to give this place.

Biaggo, the owner, knows me for many years and knows how fussy I am. I recently front-ended my beloved convertible and although it is over 10 years old, it has very, very low mileage. I never had an accident in over 40 years, and needless to say, I was devastated. I swore the car would have to be totaled. Well, Biaggo saved the car from destruction, and my biggest fear was would it ever be the same? IT IS NOT ONLY AS GOOD AS NEW, BUT IT MAY BE EVEN BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT OVER 10 YEARS AGO! He did an absolutely outstanding amazing job, especially since my color is rare. There are no words to express how grateful I am to him and his very caring staff! If he ever retires before I'm ready to give up driving, I probably will never own another car because no one does it like Richmond View! It's true....you get what you pay for! Highly recommended if you truly care about your car!

I've been going Richmond View Auto Collision for 11 years and they're never let me down. First and foremost, the owners are two of the most honest people that I've met and they're big on make sure the job is done right. I've had instances where my car needed body work but Geico didn't want to cover to reprint the entire driver side and door panel and the owners to it upon themselves to the necessary repairs at their own expense. All throughout the process Richmond View made sure to keep me updated on my repairs and ensured prompt delivery times. I've only experienced one time where they could take me but sent me referred me to another great repair shop. They even fixed a dent for my mom for free. It's nice to know that when I bring my car to a shop I won't have any reservations about it being taken care of quickly. Just a quick tip, call ahead before you go to the shop, they tend to be quite busy at times.
